STEAM
Promote science and mathematics education.
STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Maths) is a new curricular and didactic current that emerged in the US and has been expanding to other countries around the world. It seeks the integration of all these areas for the achievement of transversal projects and is directly related to the Maker Movement that aims for students to be, in addition to consumers, producers and creators of tangible artifacts, as well as solutions for their daily lives.
It is the longest-running privately-held STEM education research and accreditation organization in the United States, serving more than 4,500 schools, districts, and organizations in more than 25 countries.
Programs that carry STEM.org's trusted brands are presented with a better image in national and international markets, resulting in: mutual recognition where consumers value each other's programs, facilitating acceptance and promotion of STEM programs; and safeguard the image and reputation of the supplier.
Cumbres International School San Javier actively engages its community to support its STEM students, incorporates a variety of technology for learning purposes, and integrates real-world scenarios in classrooms. These achievements demonstrate that your institution is committed to offering the latest in pedagogy.
